We are happy to have participated in the design and development of this important project for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
The development is next to the Four Seasons Resort in Nevis and is expected to be completed before July 2024.
EF Douglas and Associates have provided civil and structural engineering services and project management services for the project. Deon and Associates an award-winning developer, has delivered on several projects but this is the most recent post-COVID-19 project. The development’s commercial aspects were completed before this residential phase.
